I had a great experience with PhD Hoops! I went to the Paris World Games and had the best time of my life. Every Coach and Teammate was extremely nice and supportive. I look forward to going on another trip with PhD Hoops again!

My son went with Ph.D Hoops to Europe and had an amazing time. He got to do what he loves . . . play basketball, but he also got to see places that he would never have got to experience if it wasn’t for this opportunity. The coaches and team leaders stay in communication the entire time and made sure parents always knew what was going on. I would honestly say if your child gets the opportunity do whatever you can to have them go. Truly a honor and once in a lifetime experience. They also brought the gold medal back to the USA!

We are so grateful to be part of the PHD Hoops team for EYBC for summer of 2023. We had a wonderful experience in Spain. We really appreciate PhD Hoops for pulling together this awesome trip. We got to know the trip leader Ruben, Coach O'Brien, Coach Denton and Coach Fry and all amazing players and some of the families during the tour. We were so impressed by how great our boys played on the court, even though they had never played a game together before. They became good friends quickly and played very well as a team in a matter of a couple of days. We were also touched by a few personal stories of the players. We had a marvelous tour of the city of Barcelona, including the La Sagrada Familia cathedral. We enjoyed the nice beach and shops near the hotel and loved the local food. We even hopped on a tram tour of Santa Susanna. Thanks PhD Hoops again for this unforgettable memory which will last life time long. My son got to go and play with them in Spain he had a GREAT experience he loved everything about it he said. The following year he got to play in the world games where his team won gold they went undefeated. Fantastic experience! My son committed to play basketball with a group of young men who were basically strangers. 1st day of the trip we had an unexpected delay which left us stuck in the Germany airport for 13 hours. What began with a lot of groans of disappointment ended up being an instant bonding opportunity. It was uphill from there! Of course, I loved watching my graduating senior train & play ball with boys from all over America. But I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the other parents, guardians, & coaches way more than I expected to. It was worth every penny!!

My son played on the 19u boys team in the 2023 United World Games in Austria and I'm so glad I decided to attend, it was so memorable that words can't even explain how much the trip meant to me. From the amazing places we went site seeing, to the great coaches that volunteered their time, to all the awesome parents that I met & got to know, to watching my son's team and the other 5 teams from PHD Hoops all win good medals, words don't begin to explain how blessed I was to be able to attend the trip. I suggest anyone who is fortunate to have their son or daughter get asked to play for PHD Hoops and go on one of these trips to not let the opportunity pass you by, it will literally change your life for the better. The whole thing was amazing! Every single part of the tournament was well planned out and we got to see so many parts of the places we traveled. It was all around an amazing trip. I learned so much from the coaches which was a blessing in itself. The ladies that I played with are some of the best girls and I loved getting to meet them all.
